Hilary Wade
My name is Hilary and I am an animator, texture artist, and prop modeler. I became interested in animation after seeing the movie Toy Story. I saw a behind the scenes of how they made the models and animated them and thought 'thats what I want to do'. As the technology progressed and more movies were released I also became interested in special effects. I started paying close attention to the special effects and animation in movies and TV. My first passion will always be animation, but the more work that I do I am finding textureing and prop modeling to be just as enjoyable.

In my spare time I enjoy teaching clogging which is a form of dance. I first saw clogging when I was 7 and was hooked. When I was 16 I began teaching and in 2005 started my own group. With clogging I have had the opportunity to perform at Disneyland, Disney world, Kennedy Space Center, Cheyenne Frontier Days, The Loveland Corn Roast, and many numerous schools and nursing homes. I have also competed numerous times and have won several awards.
I actively support the Relay For Life which benefits The American Cancer Society. After seeing family and friends get diagnosed with various forms of cancer and then either beat it and make a full recovery or loose the fight I found it important to get involved. Through the research that is done I hope that one day the world will be cancer free and I'm glad I can say I was part of the fight. I am also involved with The March of Dimes March for Babies which helps prevent birth defects and premature births. Its important that all babies have a healthy start.
